Sales tax is applied only to picture frame orders shipped to California (8%). Resellers in California with a valid CA state issued Resale Permit may purchase products without paying CA sales tax.

Can a picture frames order be cancelled?
If we are able to cancel your picture frames order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
What type of picture frame finishes are available?
Each picture frames has its own unique finish, which is a combination of gold tone metal leaf and various applied colorings. We strive for maximum consistency, but our finishes may vary slightly from frame to frame and can be mildly irregular in color or appearance.
How are the picture frames made?
Our ready-made picture frames and custom size picture frames are constructed from solid wood or composition over wood and hand finished after they are assembled. Some frames include enhancements made from composite materials. Some of our custom picture frames are constructed from pre-finished solid wood moulding. The visibility of the corner seam or miter varies for all frames, depending on the construction and finish of each frame style.
Note: Frames made from solid wood will naturally expand and contract.
When will my picture frames order arrive?

Your picture frames order will be processed, packed and shipped within 7-14 business days. After that time, the (FedEx Ground) transit time for in-stock items is 5-7 business days. Your picture frames order may take up to four weeks to arrive at your location. Destinations outside of the Continental United States and oversized items may take longer.
CUSTOM PICTURE FRAMES, ESPECIALLY HAND CARVED FRAMES MAY REQUIRE UP TO 16 WEEKS TO PRODUCE
What is the picture frame shipping policy?
Prices for picture frames shown on our site may not include shipping costs. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx Express service is available at an additional charge. We will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. If you order items with different stock availability – for example, an in-stock picture frame along with a back-ordered item – each item will ship as soon as it’s ready. Shipping for oversized picture frames is available only to destinations in the Continental United States.

What is the picture frame return policy?

NO REFUNDS: We will issue a STORE CREDIT for most items returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. We please ask that you request approval
prior to making your return. There are no refunds of any kind.

+ Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

The following items cannot be returned:
+ Custom or special order frames that are not standard sizes or finishes.
+ Items that have been used or are damaged, including nail/screw holes or other noticeable modifications.
